Happy Birthday, Dad!!

Happy birthday to my amazing Dad today!! I know he's playing golf in Palm Springs right now and won't see this until he gets back, but I just want you to know, Dad, how much I love you and am thankful that you're my father!

Just so you know how wonderful my dad is, he sent me a text before my half marathon last weekend telling me to "run like an angel." And I know he was anxiously awaiting the text updates on my race that never showed up (thanks Disney). When we went out to dinner the night after the race, he gave me this necklace, that he made himself:

Isn't it pretty?! I know all the ladies out there are jealous now. I have some pretty bling-tastic medals from the race, but my new copper necklace made by my dad is by far the most special piece of bling I took away from last weekend.
